After a long few days of travel, this hotel was exactly what we needed! The rooms are spacious, the amenties standard, the staff very helpful and pleasant and the buffet breakfast was amazing! Definitely would stay again. Also not too far from the various attractions.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience during my stay. At check-in, I provided my debit card, unaware that it would be charged immediately. Unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated to me by your front desk staff. I only found out about the deduction and the refund process, which takes up to a week, during check-out. This was a frustrating and unexpected surprise. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff during check-out. The lady attending to me giggled and condescendingly told me I should have used a credit card. This came across as both insensitive and disrespectful. I was made to feel embarrassed for something that should have been clearly explained at check-in. I have stayed at Berjaya properties before and never faced such issues. This experience was a major letdown and does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect. Additionally, I do not understand why the refund process takes a week, especially when refunds on card terminals (including NETS or credit cards) can be processed immediately. This delay is inconvenient and unnecessary. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better communication by front desk staff at check-in, more professionalism and empathy from your team, and a review of the refund process timeline for debit card payments. I am now waiting for my refund. If it is not processed as stated, I will escalate this matter further to higher management.

Great location. Needs up keeping. Showers and restroom - not 5 star quality. Reception- needs more people besides 2 and needs better uniforms. Breakfast buffet is a 3 star quality- not 5 star. Also- it is only vegetarian- nothing else. Only good thing about hotel is great location next to mall and close to jalan alor street food. Great location- but the rest is not good. Not deserving of 5 star rating for a hotel.

Big rooms but they need modernising. Outdated decor. Hairdryers are awful, verging on dangerous. I sent one back as it was broken. I got 2 more. One kept making scary electrical noises. I feel that there needs to be some safety checking. Lovely that they provide snacks but they are all meat and dairy based unfortunately. I think crisps should be plain to suit everyone. Great breakfast and staff in dining. Reception staff were not friendly however. Location good - connects to berjaya Times Square which is great, affordable, convenient shopping with 7/11 nearby and also Starbucks. Grabs very easy for transport.

Great location. Beautiful room, amazing pool and awesome breakfast buffet. The staff were excellent. The main issue was with hot water in our room. It had to be repaired twice during our three night stay after the entire family had already had cold showers.

Great family hotel in a great location

Really well located hotel for a family trip to KL. breakfast was amazing with lots of choices for all the family, and constantly refreshed throughout the service. We had requested a king bed room but on arrival were told there were none available. We were offered, and accepted, an upgrade to make up for the lack of king beds, but this was still disappointing. No adjoining rooms available despite this being offered on the website. We also requested, and paid for, and extra bed in one room - when we arrived we were told we should check the size of the super single beds in case we did not need the extra bed - not sure why they thought 2 people could sleep in a slightly larger than normal single bed! It felt a bit like they couldn’t be bothered to arrange the bed and we were also told we would have to pay extra. When we spoke to reception they did confirm they had made an error in proposing we should pay again, and did arrange the extra bed, but it was a slightly irritating back and forth that took a couple of extra hours out of our day. Kids loved the theme park in the building and we thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Nice experience.

It’s an old hotel. Maintenance & upkeep could have been better. Beds are on the firm side & pillows are abit too high. Location is great, near La La Port. Staff were wonderful, from front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast is vegetarian with a good variety which they change daily.
