Second time staying there. Really like this hotel. The location is very convenient with the subway on the doorstep. The family rooms are really comfy with large beds. Only one complaint this time around: it was a connecting room, which meant the soundproofing with the adjoining room wasn't as good as last time.

Very comfortable room and convenient location, staff very helpful and attentive. They offered assistance for elderly residents which was very nice. Concierge was helpful with luggage storage and arranging transfers. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Overall is a good stay! However, location of the hotel is not easily accessible directly from airport through AirPort Express nor airport bus. You have to carry your luggage to walk 10 minutes or longer. The best is to take taxi from airport to hotel.

Great Stays for Family !! I booked the Plaza Deluxe Family Room and had a wonderful experience. I stored my luggage with the hotel until my next check-in, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room for both bookings! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure to note all my requests. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk through MOKO Mall from Mong Kok East MTR Station, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay for families, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

No issues with the room in general. Our main issue was the service from hotels.com and the front desk at the hotel. We were supposed to return to HK the day the Ragasa typhoon hit. However, there was a sudden change to our train schedule. The destination was changed from Hong Kong to Guangzhou South, hence we were not able to return to HK as planned. Due to the typhoon, our group tour rebooked our train ticket back to HK 2 days later. As such, we lost the first two nights of our booking. Both hotels.com and the front desk representative at the hotel did not offer assistance. Hotels.com even refused to refund or give credit for the two nights we did not stay at the hotel. How does hotels.com live up to their policy given the fact that this situation was purely due to unforeseen circumstances and totally out of my control?
