Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is quite run down, the room was given to me very early which was great. But there was long black hair all over the floor. And a lot of dust. The blanket was also in a grey case that didn’t seem fresh. I had to ask the housekeeper to change the bedding. The bathroom also had hair everywhere especially near the drain. There are no beach loungers on the beach and the area where the loungers are by the pool is pretty messy. The breakfast is not good very simple and cold.
No blow dryer in the room. And the AC points right at the bed so at night it’s pretty uncomfortable since it blows right at you. There was an incident when a very loud drunk man was banging on the door in the middle of the night and yelling. The first time I called the front desk someone came by but the drunk man must of gone downstairs and they missed each other but when he came back I called several times and they only camy by much later. So it definitely didn’t feel safe or secure. People smoke all over the property especially on the balcony so you can’t even enjoy yourself and the fresh ocean air.
