The cozy space in a two-story home with 3-bedrooms and 1.5-bath. Part of a side-by-side duplex. Relax after a day of adventure, exploration, or/and work. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and laundry. Located just minutes away from downtown, marina, stores, beach, and hiking. It offers a peek-a-boo lake and ocean views from the balcony, where you can also occasionally observe up-close floatplanes ready to land.
There are two levels to the house. The upstairs level has a living room with a very comfortable sectional couch, wall-mounted TV, and a designated workspace. In addition, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, washer, and dryer. The upper level also has a balcony ideal for a peek-a-boo lake viewing and smoking. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have closets, fans, a set of towels, and a blanket. There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a bathtub.
