Good: great firm pillows and mattress, friendly and helpful staff, wifi worked well, quiet, Abridged Brewery & Restaurant is right across the street (delicious) and a Kroger grocery right around corner you can walk to without crossing a street, convenient location right off highway Bad: AC is kind of noisy (but effective), bathroom door is one of those sliding barn doors that does not really keep in smells or sounds, no soap dish, no trash can in bathroom Bottom line: great balance of low price with comfortable stay. I would go back if I needed a hotel in the Knoxville area
