I booked a KING room and was given a Double room with smaller beds. We were told we could take the Double room or leave. NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR !!!!!!!!!!!! We paid extra for a King Room per their ad price. However, The staff did NOT even care they sold something they did NOT even have..... Terrible Customer Service !!

This holiday inn was far superior to the holiday inn Express's I'm use to. Fantastic room, quiet, clean and updated. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was a fantastic deal. On our way back from our vacation we will be staying here again
