Close to Market Square for dining and shopping. Unfortunately you do pay $35/day for mandatory valet parking. Typical for downtown Knoxville hotels.

We found this property to be very well kept, clean rooms, beautiful lobby. It was also right across the street from world's fair park where we were at a music festival. Coffee in the morning from the barista was very good

The property was very nice, the staff seemed less thsn enthusiastic and the "scent" pumped into the lobby/bar/restaurant at night was nauseating and gave me a migraine. When i asked the staff about it they said it is the #1 complaint of customers but they keep doing it anyway. Seems to me if you want people to come back dont torture them with bad patchouli.

Hidden Gem in Knoxville’s Downtown

Room was awesome with view of sunsphere. All employees were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable about area. Valet service was stellar and ALL the valets were so nice. Absolutely love this hotel. Just needs more trash cans in room.

Great state, enjoyable but some unexpected expense

The service, the place, the location and the staff were phenomenal. Very friendly and ready to serve. The only two complains. No complementary breakfast included for the price. The parking situation, fact you need to use valet parking and paid extra plus tips was not expected. Causing now to incurred on non planned expenses. So be careful and make sure to iadd as part of the budget.

Great location close to campus, very clean, staff polite and helpful Only negative was had a glass of wine was $20 which is a lot for a hotel bar so check prices if having a drink at the bar
