I would not recommend this hotel.
The only pleasant part of my stay was the check-in
the gentleman who helped us was genuinely nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.
My room had a strong odor, almost like someone had urinated on the carpet. The room also faced a construction site, and they started working at 4:45 AM, making it impossible to get any rest.
The morning staff was extremely rude, and the coffee shop closes at 11 AM. When I asked the bartender if I could at least get a coffee from the espresso machine behind the bar, she snapped that she “wasn’t a barista” and couldn’t help me.
Valet was another disaster. Getting the car out took forever. the staff was overwhelmed, rude, and nowhere near prepared for a busy game day crowd. Proper staffing would’ve made a huge difference.
For $400 a night, this hotel was a major disappointment. The shower was falling apart, tiles on the floor were loose, and the overall upkeep was terrible. Not worth the price in any way. Very disappointing!!!!
