The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to move rooms a few times because of the traffic noise in the first room was too loud. We couldn’t sleep. The second one they tried to move us to was under maintenance, and then the third one didn’t have hot water. The last room had hot water and much less road noise.

Room was conveniently on the main floor. It was an accessible room. The bathroom was large but it looked like mold(black edges) around the edge of the roll in shower. Other than that, the room was clean. Bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, danish, cereal and those waffles that you make yourself. It was well stocked.

Overall the hotel is decent. 1. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 2. Hotel lobby and breakfast area is very nice and clean 3. Overall hotel room can use some help in a few areas. a. The bathroom area had a couple repairs around the bathtub tile area and seemed that it was done in a rush. b. Bathroom door was very worn at bottom, on the inside of bathroom area. Probably due to door being closed during showers. Wood laminate warped and becoming detached to door. c. Desk chair was in very bad shape and covering was starting to strip off down to the foam. Totally would have thrown it away, if it was in my house. 4. Room seemed to be clean other than the issues listed above. 5. Bed was comfy and nice.

The hotel was adequate. Clean and front desk staff friendly. The furnishings are tired, a chair in our room was ripped and very worn. We had issues with our key cards, they didn't program for our entire stay and we twice had to go back down to front desk to have them reprogrammed. The pool is clean, but water VERY cold. Even our grandkids didn't want to swim. Breakfast adequate. Cleaning service didn't come when requested, twice. Bed was comfortable, clean bathroom.

The room was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We did notice, however, that it looks like the bathroom update is I need of being finished. The baseboard area was in need of plaster or caulk or something to fill the holes.
