The Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, the second bedroom offers a double size bed and the third bedroom offers a double size bed. No carpet ,all vinyl flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped, central air conditioning, gas heating with your own thermostat to adjust the temperature to your liking. WIFI internet and cable TV available. The house is close to downtown Guelph and grocery shopping.

Was okay, but absolutely reeked of cat/cat urine. I had to open all the windows in the middle of winter to try to air out the smell and that didn’t even really help. Also, you can literally access the downstairs unit from this unit. The door can be unlocked which definitely is not safe.
