I booked for two nights, there was no hot water available during the first day. I couldn't shower properly and no one resolved or gave a proper follow up. I would've expected better customer service, I had the VIP room and not even the coffee machine worked. In other hotels I have even got credit when something essential as no hot water is available... terrible.

Staff was courteous. I must mention my lady, who cleaned my room, I think her name is Nadinola (3rd floor), wonderful lady. When I was booking, I think the room I choose had a large refrigerator and a kitchenette, but the suite I was given only had the usual compact refrigerator.
