TV was small, plus on off was not remote. Curtains were old. But room, bed and bedding was fresh, clean and comfortable. Parking easy and convenient, right outside the room door. Check in was quick and not complicated, it literally took 2 minutes.

The owners are absolutely lovely. The beds are comfy. The price is incredible. The facilities are older but well maintained. Great bang for your buck. Lots of take out options not far away. Close to Kingston but without the noise. Quiet area. Cute little park area for the kids in the summer. What's not to like?

My stay was pleasant the clerk at the desk was friendly. They came the second day made the bed left clean towels.

The front desk agent was incredibly rude and the place smelt of mold and dampness. Would not recommend it

Doesn't give you the feeling of a comfy place you want to stay for a night, the subfloor with visible damages under the carpet which was full of stains, all repairs done with different finishings (paint, bathroom tiles etc.)

Very old equipment makes noise and towel smells clean but lots of stain. Not enough lighting, needed to keep the door open able to see properly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property itself and the room were dirty and did not meet any expectations for the price. I cheaped out and booked a room here for the long weekend but found what I got was not close to being worth the price - pay the extra $50 and stay somewhere nice. The bed was not comfortable and they only gave 2 very thin pillows. The towels were thin as well. I half expected there to be mice coming from the corners at any time (there weren't thankfully!).
