The property and amenities were excellent however the room was disappointing It needs work - a deep cleaning including the drains and behind appliances will help with the stuffy old smell Misrepresenting stating it was a garden view - it was parking lot view We love the resort but will hesitate with Castle managed rooms

The condo was clean and pretty well stocked but the bed was terrible. It looked like the entire frame was breaking, which caused a big crater in the middle of the bed. Also, there were no replacement towels provided, which would have been nice for a week-long stay. Nice kitchen, excellent location, and great pools.

I loved the stay here. Property had all the amenities you can ask for, fans, ac, even a washer and dryer which was handy when coming back from the sandy beaches and wanting to wash your clothes/beach towels. Pots, pans, all utensils are included therefore you can cook your own food and save some money. Amazing for an affordable price.
