Kiawah Seascape Villa totalmente renovado 2018

Nuestra villa marina está en el segundo piso en una zona tranquila y apartada. Está a solo 100 yardas de la hermosa y amplia playa de Kiawah, a la que se puede llegar por un camino pavimentado y sombreado. Tiene un porche proyectado con una vista serena de un área boscosa donde puedes disfrutar viendo la abundante vida silvestre de Kiawah. Kiawah es una de las diez mejores playas de los Estados Unidos. Es conocido por su hermoso entorno natural.

Nuestra villa acaba de ser completamente renovada en 2018 con pisos de madera, ducha con azulejos hermosos, encimeras de granito y nuevos muebles de alta gama. Se ofrece servicio gratuito de Internet inalámbrico y cable.

First,I am a stickler for clean! This condo was gleaming! Perfect location. Much closer to the beach than we expected! Quiet,secluded,lovely screened in porch to sit outside at night! Would also highly recommend going to Periwinkle Cafe for THE best food we had while visiting! Thanks for sharing your cute and cozy condo

We have been renting from the Stacy's for a number of years now and keep returning because it is a perfect fit for us. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling and the Stacy's were extremely responsive with a brand new unit the next business day. The beach is literally a two minute walk down the trail. The beach speaks for itself and that's why we have been visiting Kiawah Island for the past 20 years!!

Checking in and getting on the island was easy. Everything was perfect; the property was immaculate. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Literally steps from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Everything went very well. The place had everything we needed and no question, we would go back there at this place again. It is very nicely decorated and furnished. Only one inaccuracy with the description of the property, It's not a 5-minute walk to the beach. It's more like 2 to 3 on a nicely wooded decking material. I'm 62 and could sprint to the beach in 30 seconds.There were not many people in the building with us other than maybe 3 units, but it is very quiet on the entire island it seems even though there were people around. We are 1st timers to Kiawah, but fell in love with it.

The place was beautiful! Exactly how it’s pictured. There wasn’t a thing wrong! Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower. It’s a very quiet area. Such a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. What a beautiful island and villa! Highly recommend!

Everything is as pictured and stated in the description. There is a short walk to Boardwalk 7 which was so convenient. We were able to enjoy sunshine and wildlife just steps from the Stacy Villa. Communication was excellent with the owners.

A real beach oasis. The villa was perfect for my husband and me. Short paved walk to the beach. Villa had everything we needed- umbrella, beach chairs, and even a small cooler for our drinks. The bed was so comfy! We went into Fairfield’s village plaza for dinner at the wine bar and the pizza place- both were great! First time to Kiawah island but we will definitely be back! Thank you for such a perfect spot!
