Convenient location away from the craziness of Duval St. as long as you have a way to get around like rental bikes.Apartment could use some hooks around to hang towels & clothes. Also a box of Kleenex would make a nice add. There is a kcup coffe maker and someone had left coffee grounds & beans but there was no grinder or reusable kcup grounds holder so could not make coffee.Host was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great 4 days in Key West.

Host was fine & responsive. The location was great close enough to walk to many beaches/ parks & duvall street. The apt was clean and met our needs. However it is missing many amenities that just seem to be common sense, such as there’s absolutely nowhere to hang up any clothing. There were no kitchen towels in the kitchen to wash dishes with, there were no coffee table or dining room table to be able to sit and eat any food at there’s nowhere to lay out suitcases, it is really very sparse and missing a lot of details that would just be expected.

We had a wonderful stay in Key West! Karen pulled out all the stops to make sure that we enjoyed our time at Bayview House. We enjoyed have a pool available and sat on the porch in the sunshine every morning. The property is very convenient to downtown Key West, definitely walkable if you are a walker, but still great to have parking. Really appreciated our visit!

Dirty outdoor area. Trash and cleaning supplies on the porch. Cleaners came made all of the furniture wet and unusable and left a ladder on the porch. No internet, tv network went out, couldn’t reach the host. No notebook or folder in the unit. Overall Bad!

The host was super responsive to a few issues we had and the location of this rental is super ideal.I am rating this rental 3 out 5 stars since most of the furniture pictured was not actually in the rental when we arrived. We purposely chose this rental because they pictured a table (place to eat) and a large dresser (to store clothes). We ended up having to eat outside and we were not able to properly store our clothes for the week. The pool patio and pool itself was not cleaned and had debris everywhere. I hope the host fixes this!Thank you for the stay. We enjoyed every minute of it.

I would definitely stay here again

Great location, very cozy house with lots of character. Great shower and nice kitchen since we prefer to not eat out every meal while visiting. Gorgeous foliage around the pool area with a couple of resident iguanas. No need for a rental car if you rent bicycles. Everything is within an easy bike ride so you won't have to worry with parking a car which can be a pain down on Duval.

Choice spot!

The property was great! Exactly what we needed! There was a small hiccup when we first got there, it appeared that the property hadn’t been cleaned. We contacted Jenna and immediately she had housekeeping there to take care of it! The property was perfect for us celebrating our 1 year anniversary in the keys. It’s far enough away from the busy streets that you could get rest, but not so far that you could walk or get a quick Uber ride for a few bucks! And it’s close to a local spot that was great to stop in for a few drinks and excellent food, Mac’s Place! Would def stay here again and the host deserves an A++! Always quick to respond and very helpful! Can’t say enough good things about it!

Cozy Suite

This was our first stay in Key West. The location was the perfect distance to get to entertainment, the beach and other sites. The pool was great! We often started and ended our days there. We are excited to see the improvements Jenna has in store.

Great Location

We loved the intimate setting. And how close the rental was to everything yet it felt VERY private and secluded. The owners were extremely accommodating whenever we had any questions or concerns. The owner's were extremely helpful and generous when we needed items that we had forgotten. Great hospitality is hard to find these days, but we felt right at home. The overall cleanliness was great. For an older, historic property, we were impressed by the modern improvements and accomodations. For the price, we feel like we scored big! Traveling during the peak season we found this, rental, to not only be affordable but impressive. This rental exceeded our expectations....and, honestly, the pics don't do this rental justice. As a Marriott employee of 10 years this rental was a perfect 10 out of 10... All across the board.

Home was up average B, on a busy road. Pool area could use more furniture and cleaner pool water. Messaging with the host was nonexistent. Once we got in for messages have been left with her and no response at all. I would like a better timeline on when we’ll get our deposit back of $1000, we’ve been out for two weeks and still have not had the money returned and we left everything exactly the way they asked us to leave it and all the dishes were done.

Great communication with owner with prompt resolution of minor issue when our key card temporarily stopped working. Accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 and boys are already asking when they can go back.
