Great Place!

Magical stay

Can’t say enough about this place. The location is perfect. You feel safe. The unit is exactly as the pictures, very clean, AC works well, mattresses and pillows are the best. Everything was perfect and Monica is an excellent host. Will book it again for sure. We didn’t want to leave. Promise, you won’t regret this one.

Property was very clean and all was as advertised. We were to busy enjoying the Keys that we didn't use the pools or lagoon. Only negative was there was no hot water on ground level.

Lovely community and great location

This property is a great set-up for friend groups or families. There is a pool and open water area for lounging and swimming. There is a walking path around the complex and through a sandy area along the ocean/bay. It is a great location to fun activities and good restaurants. The owners are wonderfully helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

Listing was as described and location beautiful! Very protected from elements in this community of condos. Lots to do on site. Other opportunities only a short drive! Homeowner also provided us with wonderful recommendations! We can’t wait to visit again :)

Great location with a nice layout

Pros - Great layout, the middle floor had the kitchen and living room (bedrooms on 1st & 3rd). Well maintained gated community in an excellent location. Screened in porches and balconies on 2nd & 3rd floors added extra relaxing space. Equipped with all appliances including a Keurig. Con - Pillows are flat and the towels were thin.Our extended family of 7 fit very comfortably and would definitely stay here again.

Fun trip with mom and sisters

We enjoyed this property very much. Especially fond of the king size beds upstairs and the screened porches. The stairs were a little more challenging than we expected for our elderly mom. We were thankful for a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for her convenience, but she did have to navigate her way to the second floor regularly to make use of the kitchen.

Wonderful rental

Plenty of room for our group of 8. Very clean and plenty of amenities. We loved the lagoon and pool. Key Largo is lovely and the condo is well situated. Highly recommend- would absolutely stay here again. Wishing I was still there!

Wedding/Vacation

I recently booked a vacation rental in Key Largo through VRBO and had a wonderful experience. The property was spread over three floors with three bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. The place was clean, neat, and well-maintained, with balconies on each floor offering beautiful views of the surroundings. The location of the rental was perfect, situated conveniently in Key Largo. We took a short drive to Key West, which took us only 2 and a half hours, making it a great day trip option. The conscientious location allowed us to explore both Key Largo and Key West easily. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider booking this property again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located vacation rental in the Florida Keys.

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing time at Kawama. We have kids ranging in age from 5-11 and they loved the lagoon and pool. The best part was that I was able to rent a dock from the association and our boat was walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great rental!

We had a great time in this rental in Key Largo. There were 6 of us total - 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 & 12). The unit was so cute and worked well for our family. The only downside is the bathroom space is a little tight and there’s no outlets in the bathroom on the first floor. That was such a minor inconvenience tho! The location is great - about 1 hour from MIA airport and 2 hours to Key West. The lagoon was great for my kids to swim in and they loved walking to the jetty to go fishing! If you’re going to stay here for longer than 4 days, rent a golf cart. It’ll make getting around easier. We had a great time and I’d rent here again!

Lovely condo

The owners had many expectations as to what the renter should do. For instance, I was instructed to wash all the towels I used, make sure I put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and remove all trash. No problem, but leave enough dishwasher soap, laundry soap, bleach, garbage bags to do so. Leave extra rolls of toilet paper, not just what is on the roll when we arrived. Replace the bath mats, they are slippery and dangerous. Fix the air conditioning, it is difficult to control and sounds like a freight train. Put plastic bins in the closet so there is somewhere to put your clothes. I do not like living out of a suitcase and you cannot hang everything. Add drapes in the living room so you can close them. Put a blind on the window at the bottom of the stairs in the living room. Pay more attention to comfort than design. Add some comfortable chairs. The rattan chair is not usable. It looks good but... Otherwise we had a great time.
