Booked a room for two nights for a handicap room. When we got there, the room did have a ramp going to the room but inside the room the bathroom and kitchenette was on the lower level but the bedroom was on the upper floor. You needed to take a long staircase to the bedroom! NOT FOR A HANDICAP PERSON! The representative for the hotel said she had a different handicap room, but that one the bedroom was on the lower level, and the bathroom was on the upper level with all the stairs again! No way is this Handicap accessible. The representative said she couldn't give a refund. Only the manager could and she wouldn't be in until the next day. Needless to say , we couldn't stay there. Called the next day. First time they hung up on us when they found out who we were. The second time the phone just kept ringing. We waited for awhile and called a third time. This time they answered and gave us another number to call. Some management company. Called them and no results. We did not get our money back even though we did not stay there.

The suite was very clean and staff were courteous & friendly. We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the water and the heated pool was heavenly! I would have given 5 stars, but a few things were less than optimal. We only had 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 butter knives, 3 steak knives, and 3 cups. There were only 4 small cereal (?) bowls, so when I made a salad I had to use a cooking pot. At least there were 4 plates! But there was no dish drying rack to put the dishes on! Even a small foldable one would have helped. And the tissue boxes were empty except for 4-5 tissues that were lightly pushed in from the top, maybe they were supposed to look like flowers, but each one had already been touched by someone to push them in, which bothered me. I went to the office to ask for new whole tissue boxes, and they were very accommodating. The laundry area is not coin operated (except for 1 dryer), you need to set up an account w/ a laundry co using your credit card & password. Kind of a pain. Overall, it was a nice place, great location, just be aware of the shortcomings.
