Great for family vacation!

Beautiful property (great pools!) and perfect for our family which includes our adult sons & their girlfriends. The unit was exactly as advertised and perfect space for all of us to gather (loved the screened porch) and also for everyone to have their own space. Great location too - close to everything! We had a really awesome time!

Perfect property for extended family

The unit was set up perfect for my family as well as my brother-in-law‘s for a family wedding in Key Largo. The pools were beautiful. The property was well maintained and we had a wonderful time.

Excellent Condo/Resort

The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Porches were lovely, and bedrooms were great (esp the main bedroom). Nice and close to the awesome pools as well. We'll be back!

Nice resort

The resort was very nice. The accommodations were good but one of the beds was a double and the information we received showed it to be a queen. One couple in our group had to separate and one had to sleep on the couch. This couple feels that they overpaid for what they received and feel that they should be compensated.

Great stay!

We had an amazing time at the Mariner’s club! Loved the pools and grotto hot tub. The kids too full advantage of the pools and the extended hours. They enjoyed the game room too. One note is that there are pickle ball/bb court but there is no equipment on site for check out. So bring your own equipment. Luckily a neighbor that lived there let us borrow their equipment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Fantastic family reunion

The place was amazing. Beautiful, great location. They have a fitness room, 2 pools. We had a minor problem and Barefeet vacations (management company) was prompt to respond and even gave us a personal cell phone number to follow up on a Sunday evening. Very impressed.

pretty nice place

Overall Mariners Club was very nice, and our unit (611) was fine. There were some issues with cleanliness (esp pull-out couch) when we first got there. Also some things didn't work (TV, safe) and the kitchen faucet came apart (fortunately they fixed it right away). The people at Barefoot Rentals were very nice and very helpful, esp. Karla.

Nice stay in Key largo

Nice condo unit in Key largo. Property was located in gated community. Condo was very clean and served our group of seven very well. Pools were heated and well taken care of as were other public areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great Location, Property Needs Work

We are a family of 5 adults that came to scuba dive in the keys. Pros: Location is great, near diving centers and many restaurants and stores. The house is also quiet and looks nice from the outside. It was cleaned and check in was easy. Cons: The property needs to be refreshed. The pillows are extremely worn out. The fridge downstairs is visibly very rusted on the outside. The downstairs bedroom is missing blinds, and the roll down blinds near the front door are very old. The main family room has no blinds or curtains at all, and your neighbor can see into the main family room from their deck. All bathroom countertops are quite old and the shower curtains have red mildew stains on the bottom. Also, please note the Laundry Room is on the OUTSIDE of the house. Yes, you have to go outside the main door and access the laundry from the driveway. Finally, you may want to know that the only way to get into the community is through a guard operated gate. If the ONLY guard leaves, the guard posts a sign that he/she will be back in six minutes and you will have to wait for him/her to return to let you in. The ONLY guard goes on rounds in the community frequently, leaving you waiting at the property entrance for him/her to return. One day, there was a line of 3-4 cars waiting for the guard to return which can be dangerous because the entrance to the community is not that long any any cars that can't wait near the entrance have to wait on the main highway.

Overall great place to stay

If it weren’t for multiple issues with appliances not working this was perfect for our family. Loved the resort and lots of room in this unit. The microwave quit working and the fridge drawers were broken. A couple closet doors were off the hinges Would come back!

It was easy to get to the property, beautiful place, plenty of room for our 8 people. We used the pool almost every day. The coded entry is so convenient. The one thing we missed was the ice and water from the fridge, we called the first day as the filter needed to be replaced but no one ever came to change it. We really enjoyed our stay

Great location

Overall, a great experience. Would definitely stay here again! We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The one downside we all noticed was how dirty the floors were. With a name like Barefeet Rentals, you’d think we should be able to walk around the place barefoot without our feet turning black!

Excellent choice for intergenerational vacation

The townhouse was accurately described and offered abundant space for grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was easy to work in and had a wonderful variety of dishes, cooking utensils, and cookware. The only things I could not find were measuring spoons. I also brought my crockpot since I called ahead to see if there would be one there. All floors were tile which made it easy to keep clean but when all the kids (ages 2,6,8,10) were inside, it did get a little noisy. The space is nicely divided with bedrooms on each floor which allowed quiet private space for everyone. Outdoor patios on each level. The grounds are gorgeous. Two lovely pools, nice marina, and walking trails. The resort is close to grocery stores and other shops. I would recommend this to friends and consider renting it again.

Clean, roomy and comfortable

This is a pretty big place. Even the smallest bedrooms were cozy, not tiny. One issue was some construction equipment parked at the entrance when we arrived. It stayed there for 3 days. Other than that no problems.

Overall great experience

Great experience overall. House was beautiful, and logistically great for a family vacation. Had a few minor issues with toilet, ice machine and water in the fridge. Other than that it was really nice.
