This is one of our go to properties in Kennewick. It is clean, well maintained and of course hot breakfast is available. We were given room 101, which turns out is a mini apartment type space with dining table, full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot and sink! Absolutely wonderful!

The room was clean, the bed smelled like fresh clean laundry. It was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The breakfast was decent and had several options. Overall a great couple of nights. The only complaint I would have to say is that it was not very sound proof because we heard the couple in the room next to ours at around 3 am.

clean room. squeaky bed. no elevator, hot tub was not hot, sauna wasn't working. overall, I would stay here again because the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn't have any shampoo in the shower but called front desk and they brought us a new bottle right away. room was clean it had some wear and tear like the walls and floorboards. This hotel has 3 floors I believe but no elevator so we had to carry our bags downstairs. we didn't wake up on time for breakfast so we can't comment on the food. Plenty of parking. there are so many places to go from this hotel Dutch bros, subway, Walmart Fred Myers. This is something that my daughter and I really enjoyed because we had a good variety of foods that we can choose from at a good distance from the hotel. Theres a gas station across from the hotel too. we did not use the pool, but it looked overall clean. bathroom and showers were clean. I took a star off because we wanted the sauna and hot tub to work it was the only real reason we wanted to stay at this hotel. I hope they have fixed this issue or fix it in the future.

The pool was freezing, the hot tub was disgusting, and the sauna was flooded and wouldn’t drain and when you turned the dial on the sauna a loud electrical noise was happening behind the panel. With that being said the everything else was fine.
