Shampoo bottle empty or dry. Lucky I brought my own. Long hairs in the shower, needed to rinse that out. Room cold when entered the very hot once heat kicked in. Loud cracking sound in the ceiling kept me awake all night. Sounds of children and people in the hallway are also loud and continued all night. Absolutely did not appreciate self checking myself in on a tablet with staff standing there watching. Honestly what’s the point.

Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. An excellent restaurant on site. The location is also very convenient for car travellers ( downtown is not walking distance but close by car ). The price is good value for money in kelowna. It is also about 20 min away from the airport. There is a gym and a little coffeemaker in the room.
