Great spot on the edge of Kelowna overlooking orchards. Covered patio with barbecue made it even better. Excellent beds. Ideal for 2 couples on a winery tour or just visiting the area. Easily best place we have stayed in Kelowna. Beats any hotel. Thanks, Nicole.

We enjoyed our here. Nichole was super quick to reply to any of our questions and very helpful. Positives: The bedrooms were large and it was nice to have your own washroom. The towels were super soft and BIG. The place was very clean and fresh with all hotel amenities but a homey feel. The only really negative was that there was no railing down the back steps.

Nice place, the view is beautiful !!

Cute little place, good if you’re just staying to sleep and shower. You wouldn’t want to cook a full meal as it’s pretty small but something simple no problem!! Easy to get to, no problem to park. Nice and quiet too!

Weekend rental

We are a family of 5 and came down for a ringette tournament, the location was awesome. The property was very clean. My children were comfortable and the host was very easy to deal with. We would recommend this property to others and will definitely try to stay here again.

Canadian Thanksgiving

My retired brother and I drove to Kelowna from Texas to visit our elderly aunt and help her prepare a turkey dinner. We didn’t know what to expect exactly but the Vrbo description of two bedrooms with no stove or oven in the kitchen fit our needs. We were surprised by the steep outdoor trail with stairs behind the house to find our Vrbo door but when we woke up to the beautiful view over the whole Kelowna valley of fall colors and ripe fruit, including a glimpse of the lake and downtown, we understood the terrain. The bed was comfortable and two hotel rooms would have been more expensive. The host was very good about communicating with us. This Vrbo is worth repeating for us.

Lovely, very clean 2x king beds with ensuite. I would rate this accommodation higher but there is no oven; we like to cook. More living space would be nice as well. Definitely would recommend.

Stunning view and property

We were looking for a convenient location to visit my daughter at UBCO. Not only did we find that but we found a beautiful place overlooking an orchard with magnificent views. The place is modern and clean and fit 4 of us very comfortably. It was full of natural light and was so nice to spend time in. Nichole was prompt in her communication and so easy to deal with. We will be back!

A Very Special Getaway

Nikki's Vacation Rental in Kelowna was the perfect home base for our family getaway! The kingsize beds were comfy and we liked the privacy of each bedroom having a full ensuite. The kitchen space is small but well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils and having a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooktop and BBQ made it possible for us to have food on hand and make simple meals. We were pleased that the suite was close to lots of amenities and tourist attractions yet quiet with a stunning view of the orchards, hillside and mountains. As advertised, the outside stairs to the suite do not have a handrail but unless you have mobility issues I want to assure you that the stairs are wide and very easy to navigate. Lastly, I want to thank Nichole for being an excellent host! She responded to all my queries immediately and clearly. If you are planning a getaway to Kelowna I hope you will consider Nichole's suite for your home base and that you enjoy it as much as we did.

Great Stay

The property is exactly as advertised and very clean and bright. The orchard and city view is so beautiful. I messaged Nicole with an inquiry and she got back to me quite quickly. Small downside was the amount of stairs to get to and out of the suite, my 70 year old mother struggled a bit. Overall, lovely stay!!
