The hotel was not in very great shape. I think it hadn't been vaccuumed or swept in a long time. The pool was clean, albiet pretty cold. I was surprised to be the only person there (in the pool). The Hot tub has been closed since May. My television was unplugged and when staff helped, we also discovered the battery was dead on the remote. I had issues with wifi that I had to call the internet provider. The staff was very friendly, and helped with concerns. The bed was very clean and comfortable. AC/heater was spot on. They also accommodated my cat, so props for that (although there was a fee).

The room was filthy, towel had someone else's hair in it and i went to dry off after my shower looked down and had to take another shower! Gross! The outside entrance key card readers didnt work on half the buildings and i had to get our key cards redone 5 times! There was dead bugs all over the floor in the room, blood on one of the ac units, mold on the other one. Pubic hair everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. The textured ceiling was covered in dust and cobwebs.

The facility is not locked. The sinks and tub where dirty like they had a backup. We were very excited about the pergola restaurant and it was not open period. We didn't feel safe.

Remodeled rooms but room hadnt been cleaned for 2 weeks. We had a party to get ready for and beds were unmade, toilet dirty, trash in cans. Gave us a room to prepare yet it too was dirty. Didnt get a refund or discount. Property so overgrown with weeds. Terrible shape. If cleaned up and paid attention to cleanliness would be ok.

Keeps getting worse even with newer renovations

Well, I prepaid for two rooms almost 4 weeks ago so my family and I could stay here in Kearney to attend my older son and his new wife’s wedding. The 1st room had dead bugs on the floor, 2nd room looked nothing like the picture on hotels.com website, had peeling paint on the ceiling and paint peelings dropped on the bed and the floor. It was filthy. It was a handicapped accessible room and was the same exact size as the 1st room. The outer door was not secure into the hotel. We were put in another room and it also had dead crickets, plus a dirty bathtub, the sink in the main area was clogged and the sink faucet was broken. I normally stay here but will never stay there again. This place is disgusting and keeps getting worse even with newer renovations.

I stayed at here for 3 days. I started in #1033. It was decent size, clean until we did the walk through. There was a water bug in the shower and a roach crawling up the bathroom wall. The final straw was, walking out the bathroom a pregnant roach was crwaling in the kitchen area. My fiancé and i were fed up. We called the front desk and the lady/cleaning lady..... was very accommodating with switching rooms, apologies and complimentary breakfast coupons, which we never used. We were in the G building way in the back which was kind of scary if you were alone.. The kitchenette are had no kitchen supplies besides plastic cups for coffee. I was glad i brought my own dishes, pots/pans and silverware .Had to buy dish soap to keep kitchen area clean. We did enjoy there bed, we had a" king suite" it was soft and the pillows were amazing. The air conditioning was great. Refrigerator kept everything cold and fresh. Overall, we got rest peacefully and alone time so we were good. The property has potential with improvements starting with spraying the units for bugs, who wants to pay over $300 for 3 days with bugs?

We stayed there the weekend the fair opened. Definitely noticed all of their hotel parking lots full of cars except for ours. By the second night, the crickets were loud in my son’s room. The staff was nice and friendly, but a good review goes out the window once I saw a roach. Had I looked at other people‘s reviews before I booked our rooms I would’ve never stayed there

We were missing a shower head in one of the rooms. The door over by I wouldn’t lock. Was trash over by there as well. But the room was clean and the pool was nice.

The staff here are fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The wifi and hot water worked. It's near major attractions and everything an overnight traveler needs.
