Beautiful condo , best location , a corner unit so wonderful view of the ocean . We have stayed at the beach Villas at least 6 times and will keep coming back , this condo was definitely one of the best we have stayed in . Tea and coffee and snacks provided a wonderful surprise gift basket with wine and chocolate. All the little things you need all there in the kitchen . All 4 lagoons are excellent for swimming and snorkeling very calm water great for all ages , but the beach villas lagoon is not crowded with people and sunbeds, so even better. Both swimming pools are excellent ( the quiet pool is the warmest ) very short walk to the beach .Local restaurants and small supermarket an easy 15 min walk .(owner supplied a wagon which was great for groceries and taking all your gear down to the beach) You don’t need to hire a car but if you do the Honolulu zoo is fun and snorkeling with sharks over in the north shore. Also there is a target and Costco about 15 minute drive. You can also get a taxi for about 20 each way Charlie’s taxis. Such a wonderful vacation can’t wait to come back . Thank you

Neal met us and showed us around when we arrived. He shared important information about the care of the place. The condo was conveniently located next to the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking the distance of the lagoons and seeing the monk seal sleeping.

We had a wonderful time during our Hawaii vacation. The property was beautiful and the beach sunsets were magnificent. Everything was provided for us and Neal gave us a great tour with check in. The only thing we would suggest are better directions to use the tv remote. But wasn’t a major problem since we were not in the room much. Pool and beach were not crowded and so relaxing. We had a wonderful trip and made wonderful memories of Ko Olina

Wonderful Vacation Rental

I have travelled extensively and would put this property in my top 3 rentals of all time. The location is amazing-- located in between the Disney and Marriot resorts, the Beach Villas at Ko Olina boasts its own swimming lagoon which is less busy and touristy that the resorts on either side. The swimming was amazing. I am not a confident ocean swimmer, yet my partner is an experienced swimmer and snorkeler. We were both overjoyed with the lagoon which offered safety for me, and excellent snorkelling for my partner. The amenities in the condo unit were excellent-- they have anticipated every need that their guests might have. The unit was comfortably furnished and came with an abundance of beach equipment including beach chairs, water noodles, floatation devices, snorkelling equipment, coolers and even a wagon to help you carry it all down to the water. We also loved the water filter and ice machine by the main desk. We would cook our own breakfast and lunch, but went out for dinner at the nearby resorts. People staying in this area should be warned that restaurants are very expensive, but the beautiful kitchen in this unit makes cooking at home enjoyable. My partner & I are already planning a second trip. I would highly recommend this property.

New Years in Ko Olina

Property was just as described. Ko Olina is a great location, fairly quiet but 35 mins to Waikiki and 50 mins to North Shore. Also, 2 beautiful pools and the lagoon on property along with plenty of good restaurants and shops all within a 10-15 min walk of condo. Hosts were great with very descriptive check in and available if needed. Condo had everything you could need for a stay and more. Really great experience!

Great property for a family vacation

This is our 3rd stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas (1st at this unit). We had a great 8 night stay at O-624. Sherry and Neal are fantastic. We had a few minor issues and they addressed them immediately. We use VRBO a lot and this unit was very well stocked (my wife is very picky about the kitchen pots, pans, utensils, etc since we typically cook during our stay). The Condo was very well appointed and had all the beach amenities you could ask for. Overall 5/5 stars. We will be back. Neal also does SUP lessons in Lagoon 4.

Great Stay in Ko Olina

Overall, we had a great visit to Ko Olina. We wanted to visit Oahu, but stay away from the crowds in Honolulu. Compared to the neighboring resorts, the lagoon at Beach Villas was much less crowded. All the amenities of a resort - fantastic pool and pool bar, exercise facilities, etc., but the owners gave it a nice personal touch. The unit was well stocked with beach gear - towels, cooler, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and pool and sand toys for kids. The unit itself had a great view, was clean, and tons of kitchen gadgets - air fryer, pots, pans, grilling tools, toaster, blender - better than I've ever seen a VRBO set up. Location was great too - easy access to restaurants in walking distance --> Monkeypod, Roy's, and restaurants at neighboring resorts. We made a day trip to the North Shore, Kualoa Ranch on the east, Pearl Harbor and then spent a few days on the beach. Right across the street from a great golf course - Ko Olina country club. Highly recommend this property for your vacation.

Dream vacation

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This condo has everything you need and the views are breathtaking! Quiet and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Communication and assistance from Sherry and Neil property managers was excellent and even left us goodies and snacks. Ko Olina and the lagoons were beautiful and I would never stay anywhere else … walking distance to many restaurants and the walking/ running trail between the resorts was perfect for morning work outs…. Hope to be back some day! Can’t say enough of how wonderful this place was ❤️

Stunning condo and view

While we have stayed at the Beach Villas previously, this was our first stay in Christopher’s unit and we will definitely stay here next time. The plank flooring in the bedroom, the beach decor, a great parking spot and the stunning views make this our favorite unit. Christopher and Sherry are extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us with a birthday surprise upon arrival. The condo has all of the beach gear you need, large Costco beach towels, full size washer/dryer, and extremely comfortable beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Villa

Our unit had a very good view of the ocean. We were able to view sunsets and sunrises from the lanai. The property is equipped with everything you need for a beach stay as well as great appliances and well stocked kitchen essentials. Beach towels are available. Everything was here for the keiki- highchair, stroller, toys, books, coloring books, plates, cups, utensils. Rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms are very spacious. Property managers left some nice snacks and a birthday cake for my husband- much appreciated. The property itself has the unhurried yet luxurious feel you want in Hawaii- several hot tubs and pools on the property as well as a great beach bar which also serves some food. Best part- you are right on Lagoon 2 with excellent snorkeling. You are close to the Aulani and Ula Cafe, Roy's- which was incredible, and Island Country Market. We all enjoyed this very much. Pics don't do this place justice

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was clean, spacious and had so many nice touches in the rental including a nice coffee maker, lots of beach stuff, etc. The big tubs were blissful too. We have plans to come back and wouldn't hesitate to book again because of the condo, facility and location to really great amenities. Oh and one thing that I loved that some people take for granted were SUPER fast elevators. There's nothing worse than a slow elevator.

Awesome condo

What a great place to stay on Oahu! The Beach Villas are a lovely, peaceful, world away from the craziness of Honolulu and Waikiki. We absolutely loved the location. This condo is wonderful - clean, comfortable and well stocked with dishes, cookware and everything we needed. We loved opening the huge sliders to the lanai and having our coffee each morning with an ocean view. The saltwater lap pool was warm and inviting. There were always plenty of loungers and the pool itself was rarely busy. The resort has beautiful grounds and a great beachside bar with live music each night. It is definitely a serene getaway compared to the nearby Marriott and Aulani. The property manager, Maria, was wonderful to work with and made our trip seamless. The owner was super responsive to all of our requests and kindly even provided a brand new set of cookware! We cooked most of our meals in and loved that the condo has a full kitchen. There is a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. We enjoyed the walking path that winds along the ocean. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. This place is a little slice of heaven! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing and fabulous

Very clean, everything needed for our weeklong stay was there - kitchen, dining, bedrooms and everything for the beach. Great location for enjoying the beach and for our daily morning walks.
