HVAC system was making three different types of noises. My bed squeaked whenever I made a move. Much standing water at various places in this location. A large portion of the south end of the parking lot was in need of repair. Location seemed to be adequately staffed.

Local family trip

Our family did a local trip and decided to stay, service was great! Rooms were great for 4 ppl, breakfast was great!! The downside was the hot tub the warmer for hot tub did not work, the pool was great! You will be charged a $50 deposit fee, (typical but not listed)Very clean hotel for the price!! Definitely would stay again!!

We have family in the area and have stayed in this hotel many times. It is reasonably priced and a decent hotel for a night or two. The hotel is older, but it is kept up fairly well and relatively clean. The parking lot needs some work as it is getting uneven and has some pretty good sized potholes. Hotel staff is always kind and helpful. And we really like the self check in and check out services. Overall, a good hotel.

Great hotel. The 3rd floor hallways smelled like essential oils and other smell good fragrances. The room was large. The beds looked like king sized beds although they were actually queen bed. The room looked to have been renovated recently and was very nice. The bedding was super comfortable.

It was ok at the beginning. I felt like once i had a couple concerns, that all changed. Customer service is way different from person to person. Floors very slick from whatever cleaning solution. My girls broke out, from whatever. Could of been laundry soap etc. Hsk came in unannounced. Guy at night i feel like you have to be stern to get abything done or his face away from his phone. The stay itself wasnt bad. Breakfast is super basic so definitely plan wisely. Hot tub wasnt even close to warm. The gentleman that worked also seemed it was an issue when i had to ask for pool towels several times. No biggie just needed towels as you can only use those provided.

We had a king size bed. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was menh. I've had better... The oatmeal was so watery. There was no milk for tye cereal they had. No yogurt. Oh, and by the way..... They had pot smokers in the parking lot.
