I would rather check in with a live person at the front desk rather than on the kiosk with someone who is difficult to hear/understand. When taking a shower in the morning, the tub drain was very slow and you had to stand in water while drying off. For breakfast the only hot food was a waffle. We have stayed at this location quite a few times and it seems to be going downhill vs improving

The hotel cancelled my reservation as a No-Show even after I sent a message saying that I needed a late check-in due to flight delays. I had to book another room on the spot, but conveniently they didn't have the same rate as before, so I had to pay a higher rate. Poor customer service.
