This was our first time staying at the Hatchery House. And everything about it was amazing! The room was rustic but nice, the location was amazing, the staff was unbelievably kind and caring, and the extra packages i purchased were above and beyond what I expected. I don't have a single complaint!

We visited for two nights as part of a road trip through USA, and were so pleased to have found this venue! can’t recommend it enough... Drew & Janelle were great hosts and there were so many extra touches which made it such a special location. We were in the Holladay Room, which was spacious and comfortable - the bed was very high which was a surprise but we coped with the use of a stool. Make sure you relax on the terrace and watch the world go by. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh and homemade! Weston is a cute town for a short stay - make sure to visit the Irish pub across from Hatchery House - it’s fascinating and unique! The BBQ at Tin Kitchen is also amazing...

The Hatchery House was very nice and close to everything in town. We parked at the B&B and walked everywhere after that. Janelle and Drew were welcoming and had a nice happy hour set up for us to enjoy. The room was comfortable and clean and ours had a balcony outside of it to enjoy after we came back at night and in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and they provided everything we could have wanted. Gave us a little extra time at checkout so we could enjoy mimosas on the balcony after breakfast with champagne from the night before. Hope to go back!

Janelle and Drew were fantastic hosts. Informed us of great sites to visit and shared history of the Hatchery House and the town of Weston. They were great to visit with and took the time to share their stories of running the B&B and shared very interesting stories even with their busy schedules. It was my wife and mine second time to stay at the Hatchery House and will definitely return. House is very nice and we had very cool, relaxing and enjoyable time visiting Weston and staying at the Hatchery B&B. Thx Drew and Janelle

Right from the start we were greeted by our host with genuine care and interest in how to make our stay enjoyable. Janelle answered our questions about local places of interest from the various restaurants and what each had to offer, to the best place to get a great view of the surrounding countryside. Our room was true to the time period of this civil war era home with many nice touches like books and photographs from this time period as well. Drew made a delicious breakfast with a nice variety and the portion sizes even were enough for my husband who is a big eater. The breakfast room was cozy and yet we had a private feel to our dining experience. Both Drew and Janelle went above and beyond to make our stay so much fun! We definitely recommend this lovely B&B to anyone who appreciates the charm of a quaint home with modern amenities. And with the many events that go on in Weston throughout the year there are plenty of reasons to return! Thank you so much Drew and Janelle for making our 25th wedding anniversary both memorable and so very special!!

We stayed one night at the Hatchery House. The location was perfect and the host couple was friendly and accommodating. The mid-1800s building and our room were filled with antiques and interesting decorative items. The highlight was the breakfast, by far. All of the food groups were covered and it was delicious.

I spent 4 nights at the Hatchery House B&B recently. The house is beautiful with amazing rooms each decorated differently. Drew and Janelle are the best host & hostess ever. Breakfast was the best. You won’t leave your table hungry. If you are ever in Weston please book a room at the Hatchery House. You will not be disappointed! Plus you can walk to Main Street and check out all the wonderful shops.

We stayed at The Hatchery House for our 10 year anniversary. We absolutely love it!! The owners are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Each room is unique. The breakfast was delicious. She cooked the most amazing blueberry French toast. This is our favorite place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding and it was the perfect small getaway. The BnB is right next to main street and across from O'Malley's; there is always something to do. We stayed in the quilt room and it is a lovely combination of taking a trip back in time with the luxury of today! The breakfast each morning was always delicious and decadent. Definitely a place you'll want to stay at each time you visit this amazing small town that takes you on a trip back in time.

We visited Weston to celebrate our anniversary. We choose to stay at Hatchery House and were very pleased with our stay. We stayed in the Cottage. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable. Drew and Janelle were great hosts. They took extra care when preparing low carb/sugar breakfasts for my husband’s diabetes. Happy hour with local wines was a nice touch. Weston has a lot to offer (wineries, restaurants, shops, etc). Most of the attractions are within walking distance from Hatchery House.
