The host was amazing! Super responsive to the 1 issue we had which was the ISP’s fault. Location was perfect for KC Current and Chiefs games. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants that we walked to. It was a perfect find for our weekend!

A Midtown Gem

The property was terrific. Just as advertised. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had a family group there for a Chiefs game weekend and everyone enjoyed the house very much.

Family Reunion Weekend

Our family enjoyed the property and it was perfect for what we needed. The property is as described on VRBO. Also, the owner/manager was extremely responsive. This is an older home that is very well appointed with nice upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and located close the Plaza area and other nice local spots. Plenty of parking in front of the house and driveway. Great place for a large family!

KC Girls Trip

Perfect for us! Our group of cousins and aunts, celebrating the bride before her wedding. So convenient to the plaza, the adult cousins had the 3rd floor bonus bedroom suite with bath to themselves, while the aunts took the second floor bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 2 different living rooms and ample seating. The kitchen and table are large and comfortable for gathering, and the video game table was much fun, too. We didn’t turn on the televisions, spent time at the river market and plaza when we weren’t at the house. Would have walked to Andy’s but started to lightly rain. The owner quickly responded to our questions and ordered a blender when I asked if there was one available. The place is obviously recently updated with comfortable beds and linens, spotless. The Kansas City selfie wall in the second living area was fun, too! Nice front porch and a small 2nd level back balcony as well as back deck with seating, too. The property is a single family home on a nice street, the neighbors were friendly. Will definitely return, so much more comfortable and relaxing than staying in a hotel.

Meet in the middle

This location was great for our family. KC is central location for our family reunion. The house is perfect for people to spread out doing different activities. The kitchen is great for cooking. And Kristen is very knowledgeable of area & responsive.

Excellent family house

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 1 child. It was well equipped (one of the best I have stayed in) including a game table that was well used. The location as advertised is close to the Plaza, grocery stores, museums, etc.

weekend getaway

Great location, close to Westport the Plaza and downtown. The house had lots of room with multiple guest rooms and bathrooms with plenty of common areas. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing stay would definitely stay here again.
