The staff, amenities, cleanliness of the room, and how updated this place is was amazing. I slept soooo good. The downfall of our stay was the indoor pool (a huge reason why we chose this resort/hotel to begin with) the heater wasn’t working in it, so we didn’t get to swim either day we stayed. We obviously paid extra for a place that had a nice indoor pool, and then we don’t even get to use it once. I feel like they should have compensated for that a little bit.

It was great! The staff were so kind. The only downside is there were lots of kids running around and constantly knocking on our door and running away since it was the first door in the hallway . Also, I was really surprised that this resort didn’t have a hot tub. That definitely would’ve amplified the experience. I would change some of the hours to an adult swim time after 10 so adults could have some relaxation time as well.

Swimming Pool was cold Restaurant- scrambled eggs were cold, toast was hard as a rock, charged extra for wheat toast, fruit was hard and not ripe, steak was ordered med/rare and was well done...very tough to chew. Other than that, the staff workers were friendly, the room was clean, van driver was awesome!
