Staff were excellent. Apparently, my new status didn’t qualify for free breakfast. Restaurant food was excellent. Clean room. With 24 degree weather, very cold air seemed to be coming off the low to floor windows. Bathroom was too cold.

The underground walking area to the convention center is currently closed due to construction. The parking garage was full so we couldn't park. We ordered food and then were called to say they had run out of nearly everything we ordered.
