Out room was nice everything is so ridiculous expensive now though it makes it hard to do everything or stay long enough to do everything. The pool closing at 8 seems very early and opening at 10 seems very late when you have to check out at 11.

The room was clean, but they allow way too many people to go to the pool area. Shoulder to shoulder packed. Not sure if they're allowing guest not staying at GWL to swim too or what.

The day we checked out, housekeeping came into our room THREE times before 10 AM to see if we had left yet. It was excessive and it wasn’t even time to check out. The room definitely wasn’t ready to check in before 4pm the day before

We were very disappointed with our stay. Our rooms faucet didn’t work properly, had to wash wash face and brush in shower. The breakfast buffet was horrible. My son’s pancakes were hard as a rock. The hotel only had 2 elevators, one of which did not work. Getting in and out of the hotel was very difficult no automatic doors. Overall just below average experience with a large price tag. Very disappointing
