The breakfast was very bare bones. The second night we stayed we had to call the front desk because some kids were having a party in the room next to us and after the cops were called it took over an hour to get everything squared away. Well past midnight before they left and even longer before we were able to go back to sleep.

The road into the property is not great - it isn’t off the main roads.

Noise all night coming from room next door and hallways. Air conditioning/ heat not working properly.

It was a waste of money… old and cheap

A/C didn't work. It was a problem in numerous rooms based on comments made. Staff was great. Tried to help as much as possible and were very friendly. If the A/C problem is fixed I would stay here again.

Everyone was really nice the room was very nice and the property is very well kept. It is conveniently located near some good shopping and food. The only thing I didn’t like is because of Covid we did not get trash taken out or towels unless we asked for it and we stayed 6 nights. It was nice though house keeping ended coming and asking if we needed anything.

The room didn't look as nice as advertised

Safe location and clean the staff is always pleasant and helpful

Had ti come back three times before room was ready, communication between staff was very poor as they weren't sure if room was ready on third visit as well, but once we got are room we enjoyed it just didnt like the wait.

Televisions didn't work, could not get ac to work right, numerous complaints, nobody there to help after 8:00 at night

We liked the location. Disappointed in the trash accumulating on the trash cans in the hallways. Pizza boxes left on top of the containers were there from the time we arrived until we left. The trash cans at the outside entry were always full. The breakfast staff was friendly and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful

Te ac wasn't working and the computer crash three times while checking in.

The only issue was the pool had a mechanical issue and we were planning to swim with our kids so that was a pretty big bummer for us.

Property appears to be rather nice and well kept. Once in our room however the TV remotes didn’t work, after new batteries the TV speakers were broken. After leaving and returning to our room the AC has broken causing us to switch rooms. The second room, same story with the remotes however this time the audio on the tv did work. Although the room was tolerable, the AC would not go below 72 degrees. Beds at semi ok, nothing great about them. On the other hand the staff was very friendly and helpful with anything needed and the hot breakfast was very filling. I did like the fact that the staff wasn’t scared to make all the guest follow rules and the kitchen lady’s did a great job keeping everyone in line and the food area clean.

The location was great. Staff was friendly. Loved the spacious suite rooms with God’s WiFi. Breakfast that was supposed to start at 6 am came out in stages over about 20 minutes.
