Great budget place to stay. It was undergoing renovations, and did look like it could use that in places, as some things were a bit run down and outdated, but the our rooms were clean and comfortable, and seemed just fine. The staff was especially sweet and helpful.

Unsafe DISASTER

We had to move rooms 2 times due to the conditions, strong odor in the first room & the bathroom ceiling leaked and flooded the entire room. They moved us to the 3rd floor which was a total disaster and completely unsafe. We had small children with us so we couldn’t let them walk in the hallways. All of the lights were just dangling from electrical cords. Construction supplies and trash littered the hallways. I had to step over boxes to get to our room.

Overall satisfied with our stay. Some wear to the facility but they are doing a remodel now. Mattresses were firm for our tastes. Location is very convenient to Ledgends Outlet, Kansas Speedway and other shopping options. About 10-15 minute drive to downtown, 30 minute drive to Worlds of Fun.I would recomend and would stay here again.

The woman at check-in acted like she had no idea what she was doing, she took my ID and credit card at the same time and then misplaced my card, she then couldn’t find the keys for the rooms. Once we got in the room and settled the water pressure was absolutely horrible and it seemed like the faucet itself was broken, you couldn’t fully pop it so water was spraying out of the faucet and the shower head. Luckily, we were only there for one quick night but for the area it’s in, I expected a lot more.

We went for a quite weekend and had to walk through construction zone to get to the room. Hot tub was broken and tv did not work in room. The smell of paint was overpowering. The price we paid was high for the condition the hotel is currently in.

Property was great everyone was nice no problem there the problem lies with Expedia they booked us a room that wasn't available they hod no rooms available as they are presently renovating the property, they were able to take a room off the renovating list to use for the night but its not the room we booked but we made do. Again everyone at the property was great so basically this is a review about Expedia they didn't come through this time.
