The front desk agent was awful! Her name is Masey. I called down to ask if the water was safe to drink. She advised me “not really” I then went to the vending machine to buy a bottle. The vending machine was sold out of EVERYTHING. I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water. She advised me floor 3 and 4 both have vending machines

Only had one towel in our room. The toilet had a leak so kept filling up the back tank about every 15 minutes. Asked for a view of the mountains. Along with the view of the mountains, I didn’t realize it came with a stunning view of the dumpster and used mattresses also!

Staff was great. Hotel was ok. The TV did not work the first night, although got fixed. We had people banging on our door and woke us up around 3 am Sat night and were very loud....they were having a party in the hall. We asked them to be quiet as we were trying to sleep but that did not happen until amost 5 am....we did mention things to the front desk but nobody wanted to do anything and I felt that we paid for the room and should have been able to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the room above you, so likely will not stay again.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was excellent. No free breakfast, but breakfast was delicious. Toasted bannock. Mmm.. Very clean and organized. Great comfy bed. Would destay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and the employees were kind. The bathroom was clean as well. But the bed was lumpy, the shower dripped on and off all night, and the fridge and electronics hummed constantly. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there were very limited amenities provided in the room. You could also hear other guests talking in the hallways, and the night I stayed, someone accidentally knocked on my door at 2 AM, which freaked me out after hearing guests curse and yell in the hallway most of the night. This hotel was not worth the $240 I paid to stay there.
