6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
The service was good overall, but the communication could have been better. Since we were always leaving early and coming back late, email or messages were the only ways for us to communicate. I sent a few messages requesting some things, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response or the requested items. This is something that could definitely be improved.
