My stay at Kananaskis Mountain Lodge was truly enjoyable. There were plenty of scenic spots for a relaxing walk around the hotel, and my dog loved it just as much as I did! The lodge offers three excellent restaurants, making our evenings special with great food and atmosphere. I also appreciated the cozy lobby area where you can play board games, which added a nice touch to the stay. However, the view from my room was disappointing—when I opened the curtains, there was a storage area right outside the window. That said, everything else was wonderful, and I’m looking forward to coming back when it’s colder to experience the Nordic spa. Highly recommend this lodge for a peaceful getaway in the mountains!

We received an upgraded room which was nice however once we woke up we noticed some staining in the sheets, not the end of the world but still concerning. Unfortunately it was not noticed the night prior. Upon checkout it was mentioned and the guest services attendant who seemed less than bothered to do anything to rectify. Aside from that individual service the hotel is great

It’s a beautiful resort, the staff were lovely, but unfortunately I just don’t think the price point is justified. For what we paid for two nights I would have guessed we would be getting into the Nordic spa included, and it was really hard to find somewhere to eat dinner without a reso.
