Palm Villas at Mauna Lani B1, Spacious 3BR condo with Private Beach Club Access

This is a quiet complex with swimming pool, hot tub, and small fitness center. Make this your headquarters for seeing everything the Big Island has to offer. Nearby you'll find beaches, snorkelling, golf, restaurants, luaus and shopping. Feel like exploring? You can visit the Kilauea Volcano or drive to the top of Mauna Kea (the tallest mountain on earth measured from the sea floor). World class sport fishing is available along the Kona coast. The small towns around the island all have something to offer. Visit one of the weekly farmer's markets to taste the local fare. Whether you want to run from one outdoor activity to the next or simply lay on the beach all day, the Big Island won't disappoint.

Our 2 story home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, with a small loft. The loft area has a twin size day bed and trundle for additional sleeping options, and a full sized washer and dryer. One bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground level. Our home is on the end of a building with only 6 units.

From making a cup of coffee to cooking an elaborate dinner, our kitchen should have everything you need. The living room and dining room area offer plenty of room to spread out. The primary bedroom, on the second floor, includes its own lanai with two lounge chairs for your private escape. Out the back door and just across the grass, you will find the pool and fitness center.

Note: Our Swimming Pool and Spa were resurfaced in September 2025, and are now open. The Spa will not be heated until sometime around October 20 to facilitate the curing process

Palm Villas is a short walk from the Mauna Lani Hotel, The Shops at Mauna Lani, and Kalahuipua'a Historic Park. Just across Pauoa Road is the Mauna Lani Spa and Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club (additional fees required).

Kalahuipua'a Historic Park includes a path winding between lava tubes that leads to Kalahuipua'a Fish Ponds & the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Rental of our condo comes with a Mauna Lani Beach Club Card, which allows you access and parking at the private beach club.

The Shops at Mauna Lani include a small grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and some shopping opportunities.

This is a new listing, but it's not our first. We have a 10/10 rating on our Mauna Lani, Golf Villas Q22 condo. We purchased this larger condo with family so we would have more room for our extended family. We hope you and your family will enjoy your time here as much as we do!

PARKING: It is required that you park inside our single car garage. SUV's should fit, but it can be a bit tight. A permit can be made available for a second vehicle. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
