A nice option when visiting western. Our room was clean and spacious, there was a great breakfast in the morning, we were close to shops and restaurants, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

King size bed was good, but pull out couch was horrible. We ended up sleeping in one bed. Phoned don’t work in room couldn’t call front desk Not the hotel that we thought it would be.

Everything was very clean and updated! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious! The area around the building felt safe, I was not worried about leaving my car in the lot. I took off one star from the staff - as it took me about a half hour to check in - because he was away from the desk all that time. But he was very accommodating and helpful afterwards.

Upon arrival, front desk, apologize for being on phone with babysitter and not recognizing patrons. elevators with broken components. Vinyl flooring in room coming up. Iron does not work. Reset room key and was locked out no apologies. Free breakfast, lacked dishes, clean trays, and when requesting was told kitchen will be taking care of it. Overflowing garbage visible in dining area.Keep in mind the front desk and their kitchen are in eye sight of each other. Go somewhere else.

Upon my arrival, the first evening there was no one at the front desk and the half door lead into the front desk area was open. There was another guest waiting for Service when I arrived and he said he had been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk. We both waited another 15 minutes and finally Zeus.(real name), came back in. He was the night employee.
