Modern place

Very cute, modern, and exceptionally clean place. The neighbors next door were a little noisy but other than that very happy with the stay! Would book again!

An awesome place!

This cozy little place is a luxury accommodation - highly recommended - super clean and close to everything in Juneau. Awesome bed and great pillows!!! Will be back!

Perfect for what we wanted!

The Sprout was incredibly clean and homey. Janelle was responsive and clear. The kitchen was well stocked (including starter coffee!) and extremely convenient to the airport. The grounds of the property were immaculate. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the airport!

Juneau Vacation

This is a brand new very well appointed property. Very comfortable bed/ bedding, there were so many amenities that we did not have a chance to use. Close the airport and grocery store.

Loved the space - but make sure you note that there is an extra charge for additional guests beyond the 2. Host is very vigilant.

great trip to Mendenhall Valley

The Sprout apartment is brand new and beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated. It's compact, but was very comfortable for our family of two adults and two teens. The kitchen was equipped with every amenity we could want (even a Ninja blender!), and the knives were new, sharp and wonderful to work with. The location was very convenient, about three minutes from the airport and big grocery stores. We enjoyed all the outdoor common spaces, such as the grill, patio and hot tub. Our teens enjoyed riding the bikes in the garage.

First guests at this posh place

My college-age daughter and I stayed 3 nights and discovered we were the first guests ever. Everything was brand new - literally. We were wowed by the high-end appointments, decor and furnishings. The place is light, bright and stylish. We enjoyed the full-size kitchen and the comfy bed + linens, as well as the hot tub. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit! The landscaping around the property is lovely. A convenient location for the airport & grocery store though strangely situated between two busy streets. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was an awesome find! The condo was exactly like the pictures. Everything was high quality, from the bedding to the glassware. I can tell the owners put a lot of thought into how to best make this condo work for the people staying it it. The bedroom was easily blacked out for sleeping in. Hot tub towels and a bottle of wine were waiting for us upon check in, which was a sweet surprise! Even though this is a shared property, I didn't hear the other renters in the other units and there was plenty of parking for everyone. I will be staying here next time we visit Juneau, highly recommend!

Great spot if u like ‘Big Brother’

The property itself is beautiful, it’s very clean and well kept, the backyard is stunning. The view out our window was amazing to see every morning. We were within walking distance to the airport, dispensary, and other shopping malls. The hot tub unfortunately was really dirty, and stunk…. It is a community hot tub, meaning everyone staying on the property can use it, which wasn’t stated in the VRBO details. Also, there are cameras all over the property, so be prepared to be watched at all times. Especially if you plan on going in the hot tub…. Not only are you being watched by “big brother “ but if you have anything to say about the cameras being there, be prepared for whomever is watching the live feed of you to talk back. It was very uncomfortable having the feeling of someone watching my husband and I at all times….But besides the cameras, great spot. Maybe the owners should disclose the information about such high security so people know what we are walking into. It was very surprising to see all the cameras and especially have someone speak back to us through them late at night.
