What a great place to stay! Close to downtown shops, a grocery store, and great restaurants. And the price can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with big room including washer and dryer!

I stayed in room 1204 and there was a powerful courtyard light outside my bedroom. The plastic blinds could not keep the light out. I almost could have read a book in the “dark”...very difficult for me to sleep. A $40 curtain would solve everything. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff were friendly.

This unit was a surprise to us. It could be an apartment because of the amount of room in the unit. The Kitchen was setup and ready to cook a meal. Separate bedroom and living room made for plenty of room with a working flatscreen TV in each room. Downside was the tight parking, noisy traffic outside and a worn out couch that should be replaced. It was overly warm in the room so had to keep the windows open and the fan going. Loud conversation outside made it hard to fall asleep.

Our son was getting married and we needed a place for ourselves and our daughter and husband. We booked a suite for the week. Other family also booked a 2 room suite. We did put a lot of demands on the staff and they always came through. We arrived early, 8:00am, but they had no problem storing our baggage for us until we returned. First thing was when we checked in the safe was locked, the bathroom light was not working and the WiFi was not working. The manager came right up and unlocked the safe. The maintenance person came up an hour later but could not fix the light, it needed parts. Later the next day while we were gone he fixed the light. Also the WiFi was fixed the next day. For their personal service they loaned us their tape dispenser so we could wrap presents. They also let us borrow their box of plastic wrap to wrap up food. As there are 5 people staying in the room they were nice about extra towels. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired. There is hot and cold cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, eggo waffles, juice and breakfast pastries and muffins. We ended up cooking breakfast in the room or going out. Accessing the hotel, especially from downtown is difficult as you can't cross the road to get to the driveway. Also leaving the hotel for the airport is difficult. You have to be creative in getting across the main road. Overall I would stay here again when I visit Juneau.

Very helpful staff that went out of their way to be accommodating.
