Best Western Country Lane Inn

Staff was very nice. Suite was very roomy, a little dated and I was concerned about noise because we were right next to the main entrance but I didn't hear a thing!

Near the airport but away from the cruise ship crowds. Close to the glacier. Air port noise was not a problem. Good place to stay if you have a car. Easy drive back to downtown

As usual, my stay at this Best Western was comfortable, safe and easy. Good breakfast, great staff, shuttle service and they even have freezer capacity for salmon my son sent home with me. How sweet is that?

Good choice for Juneau, excellent location half way to downtown and out the highway towards the Shrine of St.Teresa and beautiful sites and more hiking.

Cleanest, most convenient hotel when passing through Juneau.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel! The peonies outside the hotel were so fragrant and beautiful. The big walkin freezer was a big plus as we were desperate to find a freezer for the salmon we caught. Awesome staff work there too.

This was a very nice place to stay...it was close to the airport and had a very friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was good too. I was happy that there were free gym passes to JRC near by. Downtown Juneau was only about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again :)

This hotel was extremely clean! The breakfast area looked like each piece of silver was shined daily! And the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and we also felt that the temperature in them room was really easy to control, without there being a loud heater or fan. And we loved the location! We felt it was centrally located between Auke Bay, Mendenhall Glacier, downtown Juneau, and Douglas Island. And every single staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Not the easiest place to find in the dark, but very close to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, has a nice country feel to it. Room very comfortable without being extravagant, service very good and easy to settle in to. Biggest negative is parking is somewhat at a premium (had a late check-in) but it worked out fine. Internet access very flexible, and this was a comfortable base to operate from. Would be a great choice for a weekend getaway in this area.

Nice continental breakfast with hot scrambled eggs or SOS. Nice room for the price.

shuttle service was great except one time we called and put our name on the list and when we showed up at the time it had already left. our cell phones said we were right on time therefore they obviously didn't wait a min or 2.

For the price this is not a bad place to stay. The hotel is located very close to the airport and mendenhall glacier. The staff members were all friendly but the free breakfast was not good! We noticed mold on the edge of the bread and the cream cheese I put on my bagel was sour/chunky from being left out on the table with no ice. I would stick to the coffee and items that are none perishable. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Juneau is absolutely beautiful but the rooms had no view which would have been nice. They do have a freezer which you have to pay to use for fish which was convenient but it should be free!

The Best Western Country Lane Inn in Juneau was clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport and it was very efficient. The staff was friendly and courteous.
