NO A/C! OH they did have a fan in the room(WOW).Screen was bent so bugs could come in. Almost $190. a night and no Breakfest. $2.00 for a bottle of water! YES $190. buck a night! A Friggen JOKE!

Great hotel, great restaurant & bar, very helpful staff! Clean and quiet as well.

Positives - the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has two vehicles that are ready to make runs into Juneau, to the airport and Alaska Marine Highway terminal. Negatives - For our entire 4 day stay one of the two elevators was out of service as was the equipment to make room keys. We needed an employee with a master key to let us into our room.

When we got to hotel the booking company hadn't made the reservation they told me they had. Travis needed my verification of a reservation and within minutes we had a room. He was very friendly and willing to do what it took.

It was a very spacious room with a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful as a business traveler.

Excellent service, great comfortable room, and attached Restaurant was outstanding as well.

Stayed 3 days. Motels room was clean. Close to many attractions. Motel staff was kind and helpful.

Flying in then catching the ferry made this hotel a perfect location for us. The shuttle was quick and on time, the staff were friendly, rooms just fine.

This hotel needs to be closed, gutted and renovated. It's is simply awful. There is not one positive point. The only guests are unfortunate contract workers. Camping or sleeping in your car is a better option

Very well-maintained facility. Quite clean, everything in good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. A real treat of a hotel in the airport neighborhood.

Several fishing buddies and I stayed at the Travelodge during our time in Juneau and found it to be clean and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant but it was good food and the portions large. The hotel certainly met our needs as a base for sightseeing and local fishing.

In town for the legeslative session and to see the capitol area.

the Travelodge should definetally be 4 stars.Everything was immaculate. The service was great and very helpful. John and Cherie Kiley

If you are in Juneau for medical reasons this is the place to stay. They will drive you to your appointments,to the hospital and come back and get you. They will pick up your prescriptions for you if you like. The rooms are clean and there is a nice mecican resturant in the hotel. It is very close to the airport.

Had problems with Alaskan Ferry Service, which was 12 hours late for arrival, no notice, staff at the hotel went out of their way, to help us out. To include late check-out, shuttle service to the ferry, and repeated calls to the ferry service, for updates. I can not say enough on how great the staff was in our situation.

Room was very clean with all the amenities. Microwave, fridge, fan. Nice restaurant attached and lounge. Would definitely recommend it to others and to stay there again.

I was there just long enough to crash one night. I quickly noted that it was clean, well-appointed, and close to the airport (in fact, I walked there, although I could have made use of the hotel's shuttle). Because it's well out of town, I would recommend it only to someone with a car. Folks wishing to see Juneau may want to be closer.

I have stayed at the Juneau Travel Lodge several times. They have recently completed most of a remodel, and it is much nicer now, with new carpet, curtains, bedding, and chairs. It is much nicer to stay there. The staff were very friendly. Housekeeping services were good for the most part. I would recommend it.

Our luggage was lost, it was 90 degrees when we left home. We were not dressed appropriately for Juneau and the staff offered an unscheduled transport to a local outlet for a few personal items and outer wear.

I apologize that your stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham Juneau Hotel did not meet your expectations during your trip to Juneau. Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning at our hotel. In Juneau only one hotel has air conditioning and the others provide a fan in the guest room. We do have some rare days that our weather does get very uncomfortable and I apologize that your stay was not pleasant. We have a full service property and offer our hotel guests a 15% discount on breakfast, lunch or dinner in our restaurant. Bottled water is provided by our vending company and they set the prices. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience during your stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham Juneau Hotel and hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you better.
