Perfect for two families or a corporate retreat, etc.

The Cabin will comfortably sleep 16, on 7 beds, and 2 Queen sofa-beds.

Located on 50 acres of trees, and open fields.
The cabin sits on a hill with a view of the Fern Ridge Reservoir in the distance, and not a single other house in sight.

Beautiful, open kitchen with a "Unique/ Far out" natural stone (see photos) waterfall countertop, a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Built in wine/ beverage cooler.

A huge dining room table that seats 12! add a bench or two and seat 12+.
Or take the leaf out of the dining room table, stow it internally for a more intimate dining room set up.

With 2 separate primary bedrooms (main floor, no steps or stairs to navigate if you enter the house through the garage, 3 steps through the front door), each include a separate en- suite, with King beds.
Each Primary bedroom has a mounted 55" TV.


Upstairs is a third bedroom with a King bed.
Also, upstairs is a Bunk Room for Kids or Adults!
