The house was a wonderful place to gather with family and friends for a long weekend in the mountains. Close to Gore, great hot tub, and game room downstairs. Had all the amenities that you could need to cook a chef's meal! Well stocked with firewood and lovely evenings by the fire in the living room.

We had a wonderful time at the Chalet! Our stay for our ski weekend at Gore exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was ideal for two families traveling together with kids. The hot tub, pool table, and fire made for cozy and entertaining evenings for the adults and kids. Would definitely return!

Roy, the host, was incredibly responsive any time we needed anything at all. The house was so cozy, decorated for Christmas, and was perfect for our winter vacation. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels unlike other homes where we have stayed. The house was stocked with games, puzzles, and a pool table— we had plenty to do on our off day from skiing. The hot tub perfectly relaxing in the middle of the falling snow.

Great Property, even better host.

Great property just a short drive away from Gore Mountain. Even in the middle of a snow storm the hosts made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Cozy Spot to Ski at Gore

Spacious and clean, a great spot for the family to have a home base at Gore. We enjoyed all the games and the fireplace was excellent with lots of well seasoned wood. Thanks so much!

Ski Weekend at Gore

We are season pass holders for the three NYS mountains and are regular visitors the area. We also travel with our dogs. The place as was advertised and clean - you wouldn't know pets stayed there. Plenty of room. Good place to stay for groups of 5 to 7.

Great view

Aside the view, property comes with a family of Deer that graze at times during the day. The property is really nicely kept and plenty of areas to relax. The inside of the house is as pictured and newly renovated. Had a great time and the house was great!!

Perfect Trip

Enjoyed our stay for 3 days while skiing at Gore Mountain. It snowed every day we were there and each afternoon when we came back the driveway was plowed and sidewalks cleared. Kitchen is fully stocked, and spending time in the hot tub after a day of skiing felt great!

Perfect for a Ski Weekend

This house was the perfect spot for our family to do a Gore Ski weekend. Our tweens and teens loved the basement pool table and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The house was so clean! A great location to Gore, only 10-15 minutes. We also were able to go to Lake George for dinner, only 30 Minutes from this convenient location!

Birch Hill Beauty

We stayed last weekend at this beautiful house. Everything was as advertised and better. Our resident chef was impressed by the high end kitchen appliances and cookware. There were six of us and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub, the pool, the game room, the deck, the fire pit. Something for everyone. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and the pool was, too! We had a fantastic dinner we cooked on the grill and ate at the large dining table. Lots of laughter and leisure. Highly recommend going here. The host was also amazing, Karen was quick to respond to my every question and she was so accommodating. We really did love it there and wish we had booked it longer.

Gore ski trip

There was no heat the first night we were there. The management company said there was a power outage. Luckily, someone in our group was in HVAC tech because the emergency call wasn’t going to respond till 10 AM the next day. The management company offered a late check out as compensation for our inconvenience, which was kind of insulting. I had to ask for a free night before they agreed to it. The thermostat in the house was locked and set to 70. I pay good money for the houses that I rent and expect to be able to adjust the thermostat to the temperature that I feel is comfortable.

Wonderful!

We booked this stay to host our Thanksgiving dinner, as our house is under renovations. It exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The views were stunning and the fireplace was so relaxing. The kids loved the provided games and pool table. The host was nice and responsive. We had such a wonderful stay; we made Thanksgiving family memories and we can’t wait to go back!
