Jillamatong 14 is a well presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday rental that is Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard and undercover areas sure to keep the 4 legged members of the family happy!
With ample undercover storage and plenty of space to park the boat and leave the bikes, this property has all the outside space that some holiday properties may not offer and will make a family holiday that little bit easier for everyone.
Inside this two-story home, you walk into the open plan Kitchen, dining and lounge area. The fully appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave , electric oven with Gas cook top , side by side fridge and freezer and a Pod Coffee machine.The dining area has a modern dining setting with buffet and seating for 7 . The lounge area has a comfortable 3 seat lounge and matching single seat recliners. The large flat screen Smart TV will satisfy the whole family and the Reverse cycle air conditioner provides a comfortable room temperature regardless of the outside weather. The living area leads out to the fenced yard with undercover deck and outdoor setting with a 4 burner flat top gas BBQ.
The downstairs bedrooms and full family bathroom are also located on the ground level. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and built in Robe and Bedroom 2 has a Single bed and a fold up trundle bed as shown in photos. The family bathroom consists of a shower, vanity and toilet.
At the base of the stairs there is a Laundry with a combined washing machine/ dryer with access door straight to the washing line.
Stairs lead up to the open landing living area with a lounge, TV and study desk. The upstairs balcony is the perfect spot to catch the mountain views on the 2 seat outdoor setting.
The master bedroom is an open plan suite with a king size bed and built in robe and the bathroom sits behind the half wall with a shower vanity, jetted tub and a separate toilet.

Lovely! Everything you need
It was a lovely place with plenty of space and was definitely spacious even with a family + big pupper around. We had issues connecting to the wifi, and we had to clean the dishwasher filter from the previous tenants that clogged it up before is but all in all, it was a lovely stay. The heating was great after a long day at the slopes and we would consider coming back again in the future. Thank you! :)

Cannot fault this property. Everything you need, especially adequate heating during our winter trip. Central to everything. Will be booking this place well in advance next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The property was clean and as described. It fitted our purposes perfectly as my wife needed to work and had a separate lounge area upstairs to do this. The property had all the amenities you could want and if you have a car was close to everything. We really enjoyed it and will absolutely recommend it to our friends and use it again if we are travelling in a group.

Enjoyable stay
Overall this property was pretty good. Generally clean and tidy, the linen was professionally laundered.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc, however most of the dishes, glasses and cutlery weren’t very clean and we felt we had to give everything a wash before we used it for the first time. The dishwasher didn’t do a great job and they only provided 2 small sachets of detergent for hand-washing dishes
For laundry, there was a washer/dryer combo which didn’t dry very well.
A few jigsaw puzzles and card games are provided as well as a few magazines. The TV had the usual streaming services if you logged in to your own account. The wifi was ok but the internet dropped out a couple of times, perhaps due to the bad weather.
The BBQ was nearly brand new and great to use but no BBQ utensils and there was nothing provided to clean it.
The yard was secure for our dog and a dog bed is provided that our pooch used a lot.
Overall a great stay and only the minor things mentioned above could be improved. I would stay here again.

A lovely getaway!
We had a wonderful little getaway in Jindabyne staying here! The place was very clean, comfortable with everything we needed, including plenty of space and a well fenced backyard for out 2 dogs who loved it there also. The Master bedroom suit upstairs was particularly lovely as a spacious retreat with some glimpse views of the lake & it was only a 15-20 min walk from both the lake or shops and cafe’s.
Our only suggestion was with the online checkin process which we found a bit OTT but we called the office of those managing the place who were very friendly, helpful & easy to deal with to resolve our check in queries.
