Room had bedbugs and hotel refused refund. Hotel staff very loud early in the morning and slam doors and talk loudly in the hallway at 8am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The general manager saw the bugs in my room and still refused a refund. Avoid this hotel.

The breakfast was disappointing! There were no refills and no water povided only vending machine. There are no elevators. I was assigned room next to washing area and in basement. The charging ports were also not working.
