Firstly when we were coming from Jeddah airport no one knew their location. They are not known. When we found the hotel. We spoke that we booked the hotel. And they didn’t bother checking the system. The manager did not even bother to check. They made us wait 30minutes. The lifts was not working. Upstairs was so hot, the AC was not working as it was not giving cold air. So overall I was not happy and would not recommend at all
