I can't say enough good about this hotel. Everything about it was so respectful, clean and safe. The breakfast buffet was superb. The staff were always superior in helping, very friendly and willing. I will always recommend this property!

I felt like family

I only spent two nights at this hotel, but almost immediately felt like I was welcomed as part of a family. From check in to check out, I was pleased with every aspect. Mawar (Rose) was so kind and helpful, from the first glass of wine I ordered to the last breakfast I ate there. She definitely made me feel special and took such good care of the small details while I was at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The pool area was very comfortable. The dining and drink options were nice. And the location is good for getting to the airport and exploring the city.

Staff were friednly. While parts of the common area seems to have been renovated, the individual rooms were dated. There was only one outlet at the desk, none by the bed in this digital age where we constantly need to charge our belongings. Hotel does not provide face towels which is rather inconvenient. In a short span of week I checked in three times, one of the times, the room safe was not working - made a comment to the front desk but the issue never got addressed.

今回は訪問する会社が近いという事でコスパを優先して宿泊しました。 まずアメニティーは3点のみタオルはバスタオルのみドライヤーは私の手より小さいもので 朝食の種類は1日で全部食べれるっていう感じでした。 コスパで選んでいるので仕方ないと思いましたが 最終日夜中0時過ぎに、ボタボタと音がするから起きると入り口付近から水漏れが発生し、革靴がびしょ濡れになりました。 フロントに電話しても誰もでず 自らロビーにいきましたが誰もいなくて 警備の方が異変に気づいて対応してもらいました！ 部屋をチェンジするか聞かれましたが最終日迄 我慢しました。 2度と宿泊はしないでしょう 今回は安かろう良かろうは無いと改めて気づきました。
