Sleeping & living space
Designed as a private single-room suite within an owner-occupied home, the space offers both comfort and convenience for up to 2 guests. A king bed anchors the room, complemented by soft bed linens and essentials for a restful night. The layout also includes a dedicated workspace, allowing you to settle in with your laptop whenever work calls. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere indoors, while a TV and reliable Wifi make it easy to relax or stay connected.

Bathroom
The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials to help you refresh after a day out. A hair dryer and other essentials are provided, so you can travel light while still having what you need during your stay.

Kitchenette area
While there is no full kitchen, the suite includes a mini-fridge refrigerator and coffee maker for simple refreshments. Whether you’re storing drinks and snacks or starting the day with coffee before heading to the beach, this compact setup offers convenient basics during your visit.

Guests enjoy a private entrance with a separate street or building entrance, offering an easy and independent arrival experience. Self check-in is available through a keypad so you can enter at your convenience. Free driveway parking on premises - 1 space - is included during your stay.

Safety & essentials
The home includes several safety features for peace of mind, including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Essentials such as bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are also provided to help make longer or shorter stays comfortable.
