Everything was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and all the staff was exceptional. Our only recommendation is that the beds in the handicapped room be raised up to normal heights. My Mother has difficulty with her legs and uses a walker To get around. The beds were so low that she couldn’t get out of bed without help. Had they been normal height, she would have been fine.

Ok on the surface but unsatisfied where it count

Very disappointing experience with the condition of the room. Both the sink and tub would not drain properly, the couch had stains all over it, the vanity lights did not work correctly. The breakfast English muffins had mold on them and the milk cartons were expired on the day they were put out. On a final note the room service only came once during our four days and never took out the trash. The tv never had an internet connection to pair with our streaming services However, the staff were friendly, no issues there.
