Having a kitchen to make meals was very nice. Housekeeping only came to clean my room once. I asked for additional towels twice and did not receive them. The third time I asked I did receive 2 additional towels.

It was unique to have a kitchen, but it would have been better with more utensils, but overall was great a big counter was very useful as well.

Staff was friendly but our room had a strong dog smell. Staff never came to clean the room or refresh towels. One morning when we had the do not disturb sign on, someone walked in. I thought it was my husband so i called out to him and then i heard the door close. They didnt come when the sign was on to clean the room but then they key in when the do not disturb was on. We had many appointments to get to so we didnt have the chance to voice our concerns. They never had the chance to rectify anything since it wasnt brought to their attention.

The room was pretty much as expected with a kitchenette. However, no cleaning or change of towels in 6 days, no coffee for in-room coffee maker; neither the treadmills nor the recumbent bike in the gym worked; the hair dryer didn’t work. Couldn’t connect to WiFi without establishing a Sonesta account,
