Welcome to The Ghost House -- a spectacular 7-bedroom oceanview home sleeping 14 guests just 100 yards from Jacksonville Beach. This unique 4-level property features two complete living spaces: the main house with 5 bedrooms and the private ground-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, perfect for multi-generational trips or large groups wanting both togetherness and privacy.
The main house spans three floors with a master suite featuring king bed, soaking tub, and private balcony on the third level. Two additional king bedrooms and a bunk room with full-size beds complete the third floor. The second floor offers a queen bedroom plus full kitchen, dining, and living areas with ocean-facing patio and grill. The fourth floor game room and queen bedroom provide entertainment space for the whole crew.
The separate ground-floor apartment includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and its own entrance -- ideal for grandparents or families wanting their own space. Both kitchens come fully stocked with Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and pantry basics. All seven bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, Roku TVs, and USB-equipped sound machines for quality sleep.
Step outside to discover Jacksonville Beach's dining scene within minutes. Walk 5 minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for their famous fish tacos and surf culture vibe, or grab craft pizza and beer at Mellow Mushroom. Stay was wonderful. Only issue was a car alarm going off every night 2 to 3 times a night. Otherwise beach access was wonderful. Home was beautiful and accommodation were excellent

We all fit
The house was nice and in a good location to Amelia Island which we wanted to visit and a short walk to the beach. A few glitches with TVs and could use a few upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay 😊

Family beach vacation
The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults, a 5 and 7 year old and two 6 month olds. The 2 babies and their parents stayed in the ground floor apartment which was great for them. The rest of us had plenty of room to spread out on the remaining floors. We loved being just a short walk to the beach and being able to see the ocean from the house.
It's definitely not the place for people who have a difficult time going up and down stairs. There are several flights of them and they are pretty steep.

Beautiful House, with plenty of room and amenities. Perfect location for 1 of 2 homes we rented for our Fraternity annual Alumni Reunion. Nomad was attentive and had great communication throughout the entire weekend!
