Check in staff I dealt with was very rude and liked to smile at you when they were. Took them forever to finally come to the front desk to get checked in. Because I booked through you all they wouldn’t let me change the room to a double queen. The rooms were falling apart. Had to throw my shoulder into my front door to make it open. Bathroom door was splitting at the top where the frame was rubbing it. Red stain on the carpet. Looked like fresh kool-aid. It was one step away from getting your sheets and pillows at the front desk. Glad I only had one night there. Go somewhere else. Don’t stay here. The pictures are deceiving.

Id like to say what i was disappointed with. After dinner i stopped at the front desk and asked for some decaf coffe to make in my room. She told me they didn't have any. I have never stayed at a hotel where they didnt offer both.
